Purchase options cancellation policy

Some items on OilaCare.com may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of orders.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay upfront.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you may cancel it.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to your order, and you can manage or update your subscription directly from there.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is out of stock or not yet available. We may either collect no payment, collect a partial deposit at checkout, or securely store your payment method until the product becomes available. The remaining or full payment will be charged once the order is ready to be fulfilled.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
If the order has already been fulfilled, you may no longer cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.


Try Before You Buy

When you choose a try-before-you-buy item, we authorize your payment method before shipping the product. You will have a set evaluation period to decide whether you want to keep the item.

If the evaluation period ends and the item has not been returned, we will charge your payment method for the full purchase price.
